The duration is 3–6 months and there are no hourly or seasonal positions. Some participants may continue after the trial with wage subsidies or Helsinki supplement, subject to eligibility checked with local employment services. The role involves handling SER sorting, order processing in stores, packaging of electrical devices for shipments, and cleaning tasks for devices for those with no electrical background, under supervision and with initial training. The weekly working time is 32.5 hours. There is potential to take part in job coaching and to complete parts of studies in logistics, business, or environmental studies during the trial.
