Aftermarket Marketing Coordinator

We are now seeking a proactive and skilled aftermarket marketing coordinator to handle customer complaints and develop the condition of used cars to support the automotive sales process. The position is permanent and full-time, and your workstation can be at Veho Airport in Vantaa, Tampere or Turku. The coordinator mainly serves used cars, but also new cars. The role includes: handling complaints; handling consumer protection cases; procuring used and refurbished parts; developing and supervising vehicle refurbishment; negotiating and directing both internal and external repair shops. We expect: experience in the automotive sector and strong commercial insight; solid knowledge of consumer protection laws, sale of goods and liability principles; technical knowledge of cars; numerical accuracy and cost-tracking management; good communication with internal and external stakeholders; decision-making, problem-solving and holistic management skills; fluent Finnish and English in speech and writing; ability and interest to develop processes.
