Outokumpu is looking for Head of Service Management Office based in Helsinki to own and continuously improve IT Service Management (ITSM) ways of working, processes and principles across the company. As a Head of Service Management Office, you will act as a leader in relation to adapting new methodologies, nurturing lean and agile mindset, and overall service management culture throughout the organization. Your role: Define, streamline and enforce Service Management and ITSM policies for operational efficiency. Setting the agenda for service management, raising awareness of SM and frameworks, effective, joined-up and value-led processes, managing service assurance and working with the wider IT community to develop SM culture. Define, agree, monitor, and report on service performance, user satisfaction and operational metrics towards IT Leadership. Act as a centralized focal point bridging technical teams, senior management, and suppliers. Lead Service Integration including the Service Management Office and related tools and reports Prepares roadmaps for tools and processes Prepares budgets and forecasts, ensuring compliance and cost-efficiency. Ensures services and applications are available, secure, and perform effectively. Drives standardization, automation, and improvement initiatives. Define, agree and monitor the consistency of the IT service structure and CMDB within the company. Ensure documentation, knowledge documents are available. About you: Several years of progressive professional experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience Advanced practitioner with significant experience in service management and service delivery Proven, deep understanding of service management methodologies, tools and techniques such as ITIL (with qualifications or demonstrable real-world experience) Fluent English language, spoken and written Analytical approach and proactive skills on continuous improvement Ability to build up trust and respect by excellent co-operation and communication skills What we offer Collaborative culture: a supportive, international environment focused on teamwork and continuous improvement Competitive compensation and benefits The autonomy and trust to take responsibility, be proactive, and work independently. Requirements
