Building maintenance professional in Kajaani? Kajaanin Kiinteistöhuolto is a local Kajaani-based property maintenance company. We handle all tasks related to property maintenance. Our core pillars are customer focus, integrity, and good spirit. We are seeking a skilled property caretaker with experience who can handle a variety of property repair and maintenance tasks. Good social skills are helpful for communicating with customers and as a member of our team. The person we hire can work independently and enjoys a customer-facing, mobile role. Prior diverse experience in property maintenance and/or a property caretaker education is considered an advantage. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new things are important. The job is full-time and requires a driving license. The employment begins as soon as a suitable candidate is found.
