Earthworks Worker for an Espoo Data Centre Espoo Fixed-term, Full-time Published: 25 October 2026 – Application deadline: 21 November 2026 Earthworks workers / Excavator assistants for a data centre construction site in Espoo We are looking for several earthworks workers and skilled excavator assistants for a long-term data centre project in Hepokorpi, Espoo. We are seeking both experienced excavator assistants with pipework skills and supporting earthworks workers. Duties will be determined according to your skills, so we welcome both infrastructure professionals and motivated people who want to learn more, provided they already have some experience in earthworks. Unfortunately, the employer does not provide accommodation. Tasks may include: Excavator assistant duties Pipe installation and pipework Cable pulling Reading drawings Using grade and pipe lasers General earthworks and assisting tasks This is a large data centre construction site, where the work phases vary as the project progresses. What do we expect? Experience in earthworks or construction tasks Skilled excavator assistants need experience in pipework and earthworks Good physical fitness Finnish-language skills Having your own car is useful because of the site location Readiness to work overtime when needed – willingness to work overtime is a significant advantage, as workdays may occasionally run long and weekend work is also carried out at the site What do we offer?
