This role focuses on customer interactions and successful service delivery across banking services via phone. Onboarding is provided by experienced Nordea service professionals. The role is goal-oriented and fast-paced, requiring flexibility to switch between tasks and maintain composure under pressure. You will have opportunities to grow professionally and many career paths within Nordea. Employment starts through Manpower for at least six months. Hours are 7:45–20:15, Mon–Fri, with occasional Sunday shifts, and a fixed monthly salary according to the financial sector collective agreement.
