Electrical Works Supervisor

We are looking for an electrical works supervisor for a demanding industrial project in the Lahti area. You will supervise subcontractors’ and our own installation team’s electrical work and ensure that the work is completed safely, to a high standard, and on schedule. Duties: - Managing and supervising electrical installations (subcontractors and our own installation team) - Planning the work and managing daily activities at the site - Quality control, inspections, measurements, and documentation - Monitoring and reporting on schedules and costs - Supervising occupational safety and coordinating work with other contracts We expect you to have: - An electrical-sector qualification (electrician, electrical supervisor, or electrical technician/engineer) - Experience managing or supervising electrical installations, preferably in industrial or other demanding projects - Experience supervising subcontractors - Electrical safety knowledge (SFS 6002, SFS 6000), an Occupational Safety Card, and Tieturva - Good Finnish-language skills and the ability to work in English as well Experience with high-voltage and industrial electrification is considered an advantage.
