We are seeking an experienced and autonomous project lead to drive the implementation of Google Workspace and data migration. You will be responsible for delivering the project end-to-end, ensuring that technical solutions meet business needs. The role emphasizes leading large-scale deployment/change projects. Google Workspace knowledge is an asset. Key responsibilities: - Project management: own the project timeline, budget, resourcing and reporting. - Stakeholder collaboration: act as the liaison between the IT team, management, external partners and end users. - Risk management: identify bottlenecks and security risks in advance and develop solution models. - In collaboration with the change management team: design and implement trainings and communications so staff adopt the new tools. - Technical guidance with the architecture/implementation teams: ensure Google Workspace architecture, security and integrations meet requirements.

Requirements
- Experience leading large IT projects and a strong understanding of Google's cloud ecosystem.
- 3–5 years of IT project manager or program manager experience.
- Change management experience with large user populations.
- PRINCE2 certificates are a plus.
- Understanding of Google Workspace tools (Admin Console, Drive, Gmail, IAM, security).
- Note: candidates must pass any customer-required background check.
