Construction work may include, for example: - Construction assistance: carrying, cleaning and site clearance, as well as various support tasks alongside more experienced workers. - Foundation work: taking part in excavation, ground preparation and foundation preparation. - Reinforcement: installing reinforcement in concrete structures to ensure their durability and strength. - Concrete and masonry work: concrete pouring, masonry and tiling at different stages of construction projects. - Diamond drilling and cutting: taking part in drilling and cutting as required on site. - Interior and exterior painting: painting walls, finishing interiors and exteriors, and carrying out different surface treatments. - HVAC installation: installing piping, heating systems and ventilation. - Electrical installation: installing electrical distribution boards, pulling cables, and installing and maintaining electrical systems. We hope applicants have: - Previous experience in the field or construction training (not essential). - A valid Occupational Safety Card. - At least 18 years of age. - The ability to work both independently and in a team. - Fluent Finnish. - A driving licence and access to a personal car are considered an advantage.
