If the training is missing, you will receive it from Validia Family Care before starting. We also provide broad support after training and walk with you along the entire journey, offering guidance for everyday situations and taking into account other members of the family. You will have access to mentoring, supervision, additional training, and family-wide days of activities. If needed, you will also receive home help, and as a foster parent you have the rights provided by the Family Foster Care Act. We hope for a stable life situation and sufficient resources to commit to the child’s daily life. We value willingness to collaborate with the child’s relatives and various professionals and a desire to learn new things. Suitable education or experience is welcome but not required. A driving license is required, and a criminal record check for those working with children will be verified.
