Car Mechanic

As a Car Mechanic at Veho Tampere, your primary goal is to ensure an excellent customer experience by providing high-quality, first-time-right repairs for passenger cars. Daily tasks involve a variety of maintenance and repair work, supported by a foreman and colleagues. The role is not just about technical execution but also involves problem-solving, communicating with customers, consulting with importers, and collaborating with the sales team. Veho Tampere's workshop services high-quality passenger cars with high customer expectations. The team consists of 30 mechanics, ranging from experienced veterans to young talents, maintaining a great team spirit and a professional yet lighthearted atmosphere. Every mechanic has personal annual goals and a development plan, with access to a training center to ensure the latest expertise in products, including Mercedes-Benz, smart, and BYD technologies, as well as electrification and sustainability. Requirements include previous experience as a car mechanic (years of experience are not critical) and a valid driver's license. Experience with Mercedes-Benz and BYD is considered an advantage. A customer-oriented attitude, a willingness to help, a brisk work pace, and a desire to learn new things are essential. Proficiency in languages other than Finnish is welcomed.
