We are seeking a skilled demolition worker for renovation sites in the Tampere region. Our client specializes in renovation work and undertakes a variety of projects of different sizes, including damage renovations, wet area remodels, and various repairs in housing associations. We are looking for someone for a long‑term employment who can work independently on demolition tasks and understands the overall site. In addition to demolition work, the position requires good communication skills and teamability. Requirements: previous demolition experience; ability to carry out demolition work independently at different sites; proactive and energetic work attitude; good cooperation and communication skills; fluent Finnish. Own car is required due to multiple sites, and the candidate must hold a valid occupational safety card. Work starts in September. The position offers long‑term employment with opportunities to work on a variety of renovation projects with a skilled crew.
