We are looking for a dedicated Executive Assistant to join our Internal Firm Services business unit on a permanent basis, who also has experience and/or interest in corporate governance. In this role, you will ensure the smooth operation of senior leadership’s daily activities while also supporting essential corporate governance and partner affairs tasks. You will manage calendars, organizing meetings and travel, preparing and following up on board and partner events, and handling confidential matters with discretion and care. Your structured approach and ability to juggle multiple priorities will be key to your success. This position requires regular on-site work at our Helsinki office to ensure effective collaboration and team communication. Your key responsibilities include: - Preparing and organizing Board of Directors, Partner Committee, Nomination Committee, and shareholder meetings, in close collaboration with the Chair of the Board, General Counsel, and other senior leaders - Coordinating partner affairs processes, including contracts, shareholder register maintenance, and share transfers, combining your assistant duties with governance tasks - Acting as a liaison between the leadership, partners, committees, and teams to ensure smooth information flow and efficient execution of decisions - Handling confidential issues carefully and promptly, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements - Collaborating actively with other assistants to foster a strong team spirit and support smooth daily operations What we expect from you: - Proven experience as an executive or management assistant, preferably combined with corporate governance or partner affairs exposure - Excellent spoken and written skills in Finnish and English; Swedish is an advantage - Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills, with a systematic and proactive work style - Ability to work well independently and as part of a team, demonstrating responsibility and a customer-service mindset - Flexible and adaptable attitude to thrive in a fast-paced and international working environment - High level of discretion, reliability, and a meticulous eye for detail Interested?
