Responsibilities
- Developing, maintaining and improving the integrated Quality and Environmental Management System
- Harmonizing global processes and governance
- Planning internal audits and management reviews
- Facilitating knowledge sharing and culture of quality
- Monitoring KPIs and deployment progress
- Co-ordinating external certification activities
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems
- Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001
- Ability to translate strategy into processes
- Experience planning audits and organizational assessments
- Excellent communication and change management skills
- Fluency in English and Finnish, Swedish or German is an advantage
