Field Service Engineer

The Position: We seek a professional to provide scientific/technical service to systems and solutions implemented at client sites in the information technologies area. The Field Services delivers scientific/technical service to client-installed systems, including installations, preventive, corrective and evolutive maintenance and modifications, ensuring the service provides a competitive edge and customer satisfaction. Position details include installation and configuration of equipment, conducting maintenance, proactive communication with clients, workflow management, and collaboration with sales. The role is temporary for 2 years with potential extension. Requirements include Spanish and English, residence in Spain preferred, and geographic mobility within Spain.
