We are looking for an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist for our client Amesto AccountHouse Oy to join its growing Finnish team. Amesto AccountHouse is an international financial administration expert organisation that is currently building its operations in Finland. The Finnish organisation currently consists of a few key people in the field, and we are looking for a new expert who wants to help build future growth, practices and the team. Your role As Senior Payroll Specialist, you will independently manage your own client accounts and take part in handling larger accounts with the rest of the team. You will play an important role in both client work and service development. Your duties include, among other things: • Independently managing your own payroll clients • Payroll processing for clients in several industries • Participating in onboarding and implementation projects for new clients • Supporting payroll services for international clients • Providing expertise on employer obligations, VAT obligations and other administrative matters • Developing service delivery and operating practices together with Finnish management • Coaching future specialists and sharing expertise • Working with clients by phone, email and in client meetings Development is not only for management. We hope you have: • Several years of experience in demanding payroll work • Previous experience in an accounting firm environment • Experience processing payroll across several industries • Excellent Finnish and English skills • A confident customer-service attitude and readiness to communicate actively with clients by phone and email • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills • A development-oriented and entrepreneurial approach to work • The ability to learn new systems, operating practices and processes quickly We also value your willingness to share your expertise and your view that the team’s success is as important as your own.
