We are looking for an energetic and solution-oriented School Cooperation Manager for a fixed-term position. The person we are looking for will take overall responsibility for designated accounts (primarily Finnish municipalities, education departments, and schools), ensure customer satisfaction, and ensure that the Someturva service provides the maximum possible value to school communities. **Job Description and Responsibilities** - Act as the primary contact person for Finnish customers. Proactively build and maintain trusting relationships with education department decision-makers and school staff. - Maintain regular contact with customers, respond promptly to inquiries, and resolve emerging challenges in cooperation with internal teams (sales, product development, expert services). - Coordinate and organize service implementations and training for customers, ensuring active use and impact of the service. - Monitor account KPIs and service usage rates.
