Sostuki Oy seeks a nurse for a fixed-term maternity leave replacement at Hoppiskoti in Sastamala. The work starts by agreement, but no later than 1 November 2026. Hoppiskoti is a two-unit, 13-bed 24/7 special support youth protection facility for 7–17-year-olds. We work with children whose needs may include neuropsychiatric or psychological symptoms, emotional regulation and daily living difficulties, trauma symptoms, behavioral challenges or risk in schooling. DUTIES: coordinate health care and medication-related matters for children and youth, be the health care contact, and apply nursing expertise in a multidisciplinary team. RESPONSIBILITIES: monitor health and well-being, administer and develop pharmacotherapy, ensure safety and agreed practices, liaise with doctors, specialized care, rehabilitation, school health, and other care providers, coordinate visits, guide staff, document health and medication information, participate in everyday life and crisis interventions, collaborate with families and social workers. The nurse’s work is integrated in daily life and the multi-disciplinary team. REQUIREMENTS: AMK nurse degree, statutory license to practice, current professional card, experience with children, pharmacological knowledge, ability to work independently and in a team, calm and professional demeanor, Finnish language skills, readiness for two-shift work, driving license B, valid EA1 and hygiene passport. Nice to have: experience in child protection or neuropsychiatric/traumatic/Autism/disabled youth. Requirements
