Senior RF Specialist is sought to join Patria Defence and Weapon Systems team in Tampere for permanent employment. The role involves contributing to RF-electronics development for broadband signal intelligence systems to high frequencies. Our products include ARIS and CATCHR, with focus on new products and product ideas. In addition to RF electronics design, you will participate in system integration, testing, and, if needed, supervise subcontractors as a technical expert and make component choices with purchasing. The candidate should have extensive RF design experience, RF simulations and measurements at system, module and component levels, experience in digital and/or analog electronics design and PCB schematic/layout, and practical hands-on testing in a lab with RF measurement equipment. Proficient documentation and test planning are required, plus understanding of environmental and EMI/EMC constraints. Good collaboration skills and fluency in Finnish and English are essential. Desirable: Altium, drone experience, basic signal processing or overall system understanding.
