Café entrepreneur

We are looking for a new entrepreneur for the existing café in the Arnolds café chain, located in Iso Omena in Matinkylä, Espoo. Please note that we are looking for an entrepreneur only, not employees for Arnolds. What does the chain offer? As an Arnolds entrepreneur, you will have access to an outlet, delicious products, a well-known brand, chain benefits and comprehensive support to build success, as well as training for all work duties. The chain offers the entrepreneur initial training, financing advice, support at the start of operations, launch marketing, premises, furniture and equipment, purchasing benefits, customer contacts, business guidance, further training, chain marketing, financial administration services, advertising services and sales support. What do we expect from the entrepreneur? As an Arnolds entrepreneur, you are responsible for all the business operations of your café, including the initial investment. You must be financially able to invest in entrepreneurship. The initial investment is €100,000–€150,000, and the typical share financed with your own funds is 20–30% of the initial investment. In return, you will have access to an outlet, delicious products, the benefits of a well-known chain and support to build success, as well as training for all work duties. As an Arnolds entrepreneur, you will work at the outlet yourself, setting an example for your other employees through your own actions. The most important thing is the willingness and ability to operate according to the concept as part of the Arnolds family. You do not necessarily need previous entrepreneurial experience; your ability to cooperate and your attitude matter more. Genuine interest in the café sector and possible experience in the restaurant industry will certainly be beneficial. The most important thing, however, is your desire to bring small moments of happiness to people’s days through treats and good service.
