The walls make a house. People make a home. 💙 Attendo Mattilanpuisto is a new 60-place home providing round-the-clock residential care for older people in Mattilanpelto, Jyväskylä. We are opening our doors soon, and now we are looking for practical nurses to help build the story of a new home from the very beginning. Together with your colleagues, you will create everyday life where residents can live on their own terms and every employee’s contribution matters. 💙 What will you get to do? Take part in launching the new Attendo home and building a communal working culture Provide individualised, high-quality and resident-centred care Support residents’ functional ability, participation and good everyday life Work closely with relatives, colleagues and other partners Come up with ideas, develop the service and leave your mark on everyday life in the new home Work in a multidisciplinary team where help and support are available The position is full-time and permanent. The work is carried out in three shifts and starts on 4 January 2027. What do we hope for from you?
