Construction Assistant Worker for Fall 2026 - WorkPower Rakennus Otava Oy

We are looking for motivated and proactive construction assistant workers for our clients' construction sites in Tampere and the Pirkanmaa region for Fall 2026. The work can start as early as summer or later in the fall, according to your schedule, so it is advisable to apply now. As a construction assistant worker, you will assist with daily tasks on the construction sites and gain experience in the diverse work environment of the construction industry. Tasks may include carrying and moving materials, site organization, protective work, demolition and auxiliary tasks, as well as other general assisting duties on the site. Previous experience in construction is considered an advantage, but a good attitude, reliability, and willingness to work are most important. We hope from you: * Being of legal age * Valid safety training card * Enthusiastic and proactive work attitude * Willingness to learn new skills in construction * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Driving license is considered an advantage. The working hours in the construction industry are generally Mon–Fri from 7:00 to 15:30. Salary is based on the collective agreement for the construction industry, considering skills and previous experience, ranging from €12.60 to €14.20 per hour + collective agreement supplements.
