Several years of experience leading technology sales, business development, account management, or customer-facing commercial organisations. Experience leading strategic customer engagements and complex sales opportunities. Experience building and leading high-performing teams and developing future leaders. Experience driving AI, cloud, security, or digital transformation initiatives with enterprise customers. Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) or relevant leadership experience. Experience leading teams and scaling teams across multiple markets, geographies, or business units. Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive business outcomes in complex environments.
