Sales Trainee

In this role you will grow your career in industrial sales as part of an experienced sales team. As a Sales Trainee you will participate in developing customer relationships and acquiring new customers. You will collaborate especially with sales managers, segment leaders and business unit experts. You will get to know customers in industry, energy and critical infrastructure and our broad technology and service solutions. You will support the sales team in managing the sales pipeline, preparing customer meetings, coordinating offers, collecting market and competitor intelligence and developing customer relationships. At the same time you will grow your commercial skills and gradually take on more responsibilities toward Sales Engineer and Sales Manager roles. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, business units and other specialists. You will have seasoned colleagues to support you in understanding our customers’ business and building solutions as part of the sales process. The position is a 6-month fixed-term contract. Our aim is that after the trainee period you continue with a permanent position. Your office is in Tampere, and we offer flexible hybrid work. The role also involves customer meetings and travel in Finland. Compensation will be based on your skills and experience. You can start flexibly in the autumn.
