We are growing our Data, Digital & AI unit and are looking for experienced Microsoft Fabric or Databricks consultants for diverse customer assignments. Our core mission is to translate data and artificial intelligence into business value, leveraging AI as part of modern data platforms and analytics solutions. In this role you will be a trusted expert for our customers, participating in the design, development and deployment of modern data platforms. You will work with Microsoft Fabric or Databricks environments to build scalable data platforms, lakehouse solutions and analytics-enabled data architectures. The ideal candidate has several years of experience with the chosen technology and can operate at the customer interface both independently and as part of a consultant team. What will you do? Microsoft Fabric consultant: design and implement Microsoft Fabric-based data and analytics solutions; build lakehouse and data warehouse solutions in the OneLake environment; implement data pipelines with Fabric Data Factory and Notebooks; develop reporting and analytics solutions with customers; support customers in adopting Fabric; work as part of data and AI projects leveraging modern analytics and AI capabilities. Databricks consultant: design and implement Databricks-based data platforms and lakehouse solutions; develop data integrations and pipelines using Spark, PySpark and SQL; build Delta Lake solutions and automate data processes; participate in data architecture design with customers and other experts; support customers in adopting Databricks; leverage AI and machine learning features in customer solutions. What do we require from you? Microsoft Fabric consultant: at least 3 years of experience delivering data and analytics solutions; hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric environment; expertise in Data Factory, Lakehouse and Warehouse solutions; strong SQL skills and Python experience; understanding of modern data architecture and data-driven leadership; experience in Azure ecosystem; ability to engage with customers and identify business needs; fluent in Finnish and English. Databricks consultant: at least 3 years of experience in Data Engineer or Data Platform roles; strong Databricks skills and customer-project experience; solid SQL and PySpark skills; experience with Delta Lake, Unity Catalog and Lakehouse architectures; understanding of Azure Databricks environment; experience in designing and delivering data platforms; ability to engage with customers and facilitate technical discussions; fluent in Finnish and English. Nice-to-have (not mandatory): Microsoft Certified: Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate (DP-600); Power Platform experience; CI/CD in Azure DevOps; AI and Copilot experiences; Databricks certifications (Associate/Professional); dbt experience; Machine Learning or MLOps experience; Snowflake experience; Terraform and Infrastructure as Code; Power BI proficiency. Location: offices across Finland with flexible hybrid work; travel to client sites in the Helsinki or Oulu areas may be required, so we prefer you to work preferably in Helsinki or Oulu.
