We are looking for a project manager for a fixed-term service relationship in the pedagogical development unit for the education and training sector. The project manager is responsible for achieving the goals of the project "S2-teaching impact on the learning path 26-27" funded by the National Agency for Education, the implementation of activities according to the project plan, the budget, reporting, communication and the organization of project events. The goal of the project is to develop S2 teaching, teacher competence and to strengthen the structures of S2 teaching in both Finnish and Swedish basic education. The development measures have already been planned quite far, we are now looking for a project manager with implementation skills who ensures that the development measures are implemented with quality. Success in the project manager's task requires strong expertise and experience in project management. You understand the most important S2 teaching processes and structures of basic education. We value good cooperation and interaction skills, presentation experience and clear communication. We hope that you have experience in establishing new operating models and ways together with others. In your work, you are flexible and have an enthusiastic and forward-looking attitude. You promote things persistently in good cooperation with other experts and stakeholders and operate naturally also in digital environments. About 15 experts work in the pedagogical development unit. We work in close cooperation with early childhood education, schools and educational institutions in development. In addition, we are responsible for pedagogical continuing education. We have received praise for good orientation. We want to succeed together and there is a happy and encouraging atmosphere in our unit. We work in multiple locations, with on-site work at least two days a week. On-site facilities are located along good transport links in Kalasatama. The project manager also works in different parts of Helsinki together with the unit's staff if necessary. Why work for us?
