Production Supervisor

Would you be our next production supervisor? We are looking for a production supervisor for our client in Pirkkala for a permanent, full-time position. The work is done in an industrial environment as part of a production team. The role includes customer service, supervisory duties, production tasks and administrative tasks. The job is located in Pirkkala with two shifts on weekdays: morning shift 6:00–14:00 and evening shift 14:00–22:00. We expect applicants to have a good attitude, teamwork skills and a willingness to commit; basic hand skills and practical experience with tools; reliability, punctuality and the ability to follow instructions; a desire to learn and develop with the role; interest in supervisory work and daily production leadership; metal/machine shop experience is a plus; forklift and overhead crane experience is an advantage. Prior experience in supervision or manufacturing is helpful but not required.
