Early Childhood Education Social Worker

The role is to work as a multidisciplinary member of the early childhood education team, planning, implementing and evaluating pedagogical activities in collaboration with other professionals. You will be responsible for family-based upbringing cooperation, promoting belonging and participation, and guiding children, families and guardians. The Open position is located at Ylästö Daycare, a six-group daycare near Ylästö School with good facilities and proximity to parks and nature. The unit emphasizes inclusive leadership and multidisciplinary cooperation, with a flat and encouraging work culture. You will work with 2–4-year-old groups alongside a preschool teacher and a childminder, contributing to children growth and well-being, and partnering with families. Employment type is permanent, with a start date of 01.09.2026 or by agreement. Salary is 3113–3218 EUR per month, with a seniority allowance 3–8%. A security/background check is required.
