The role: Expand Auto complaints handling. You’ll build relationships with customers and other departments to understand friction points and reach fair decisions. Experience handling complex motor/secured complaints or automotive finance is preferred. Responsibilities include problem solving, evaluating evidence, prioritising workloads, clear communication, and managing third parties. Additional points if you have regulated motor finance experience, knowledge of Consumer Rights Act 2015, motor policies, and understanding of complex quality-related complaints. Requirements

- Knowledge of FCA regulation and DISP complaint handling rules.
