The role: Expand Auto complaints handling. You’ll build relationships with customers and other departments to understand friction points and reach fair decisions. Experience handling complex motor/secured complaints or automotive finance is preferred. Responsibilities include problem solving, evaluating evidence, prioritising workloads, clear communication, and managing third parties. Additional points if you have regulated motor finance experience, knowledge of Consumer Rights Act 2015, motor policies, and understanding of complex quality-related complaints. Your team’s objectives include resolving complaints promptly and ensuring excellent customer service. The Interview Process outlines steps from a phone screen to onsite interview.   • Champion using AI tools to improve service.
  • Collaborate across Operations Team and wider Lendable business.

Requirements

  • Experience handling complex complaints (motor or secured products) or automotive finance sector experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and over the phone.
  • Ability to manage a varied and complex caseload and prioritise effectively.
  • Knowledge of FCA regulation and DISP complaint handling rules.
