The opportunity We're currently looking for a CRM Project Leader to join our CRM Communications team on a 12-month parental cover. This is an opportunity to shape and deliver CRM initiatives that strengthen the customer experience and drive commercial value across markets. You will work at the intersection of strategy and execution, translating business priorities into scalable customer journeys, clear roadmaps, and effective global ways of working. You will be part of a collaborative global team where curiosity, initiative, and continuous improvement are valued, and where CRM plays an important role in supporting Polestar’s growth journey. This position is based at Polestar HQ in Gothenburg. We believe in a hybrid way of working, balancing in-person collaboration with focused individual time. The responsibilities In this role, you will lead and coordinate global CRM initiatives across the customer lifecycle, turning commercial and customer needs into clear plans and ensuring scalable, customer-focused delivery. - Lead global CRM projects from planning to implementation, ensuring alignment across markets and functions. - Translate commercial priorities and customer needs into CRM roadmaps, journeys, and measurable initiatives. - Drive cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Digital, CX, Analytics, Legal, and local markets. - Support optimisation of customer journeys through testing, performance follow-up, and continuous improvement. - Ensure CRM activities are scalable, compliant, and supported by clear governance and ways of working. The ideal candidate In order to succeed in this role, and at Polestar in general, you are a collaborative and curious professional who takes initiative, drives progress, and adapts in a fast-moving environment. You are motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about customer experience and communication, thriving in global, cross-functional settings. You bring solid experience in CRM, customer experience, and project leadership, combined with a strong commercial mindset and the ability to translate strategy into execution. In addition, you'll need: - Several years of experience in CRM, CX, and marketing automation. - Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects across global and local teams. - Strong understanding of customer journeys, lifecycle communication, and CRM performance drivers. - Experience working with CRM platforms and data-driven optimisation, including testing and KPI follow-up. - Understanding of governance, prioritisation, and compliance considerations such as GDPR, and excellent communication skills in English.
