Electrical Design Engineer

We are looking for a skilled electrical design engineer to strengthen Suomen Talokeskus's growing design team. In this role, you will work on varied new-build and renovation projects for housing companies and other property owners. The position offers the opportunity to take responsibility, develop as an expert and build a long-term career in a financially stable yet continuously developing organisation. As an electrical design engineer, you are responsible for designing and progressing your projects in collaboration with clients, the project team and other specialists. The work includes electrical design in various property and construction projects, from the early stages of planning through implementation. Success in the role calls for someone comfortable working with clients, able to communicate clearly and understand customer needs. We value good interpersonal skills, an active approach and the ability to build trusting customer relationships. We hope you have - About five years of experience in electrical design - Experience with projects for both housing companies and other property owners - Fluent command of MagiCAD software - An engineering or Master of Science in Engineering educational background - A self-directed and independent approach to work - The ability to work as part of a team and draw on the expertise of other specialists - A desire to learn and develop your professional skills FebDok and DiaLux skills, as well as broad experience with several different electrical systems and design packages, are considered an advantage. The most important things to us are a strong design background, the right attitude and an interest in continuing to develop as an expert.
