About the Role As a Systems Engineer, you will be involved in the full systems engineering lifecycle, from requirements definition and system architecture to verification and validation. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to translate operational needs into technical solutions, manage system requirements, define interfaces, and support system-level analyses related to performance, availability, and reliability. Requirements We believe you have: An MSc degree, or equivalent, in Physics, Aerospace Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or another relevant technical discipline. 3-7 years of experience working in complex system environments, ideally within defence, aerospace, telecommunications, or other highly regulated industries. Strong experience in requirements engineering and requirement management. Experience working closely with software development teams and a solid understanding of software development lifecycles, interfaces, and system integration. The ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A structured and analytical mindset with a strong focus on traceability, quality, and risk mitigation throughout the system lifecycle. Professional working proficiency in English & Danish, both written and spoken.
