Sales Service Supervisor

S-market Huittinen is seeking a part-time Sales Service Supervisor (35 hours/week) for a permanent position. The role involves working in varying shifts throughout the week. You will be part of a skilled 20-person team focused on providing exceptional service to customers and a smooth working day for employees. As a Sales Service Supervisor, you are responsible for the unit's profitable operation together with the supervisor team, under the leadership of the market manager. You play a key role in the daily management of the unit, ensuring that store operations run efficiently and with a customer-centric approach. Your duties include active participation in customer service, sales work, shelving, and other store maintenance tasks. The store also operates a food court and an online grocery store. In this role, you organize shifts, support and encourage your team in daily situations, and promote a positive working atmosphere. The position requires flexibility, stress tolerance, and a positive attitude. We require expertise in the retail sector and an understanding of the fast-paced nature of a grocery store. We expect teamwork skills, responsibility, and a willingness to develop in daily management. You will have a strong support network to aid your professional growth.
