We are seeking a customer-service oriented vehicle technician for Tampere for our client. Your duties include ordering parts and tracking part deliveries, creating cost estimates for repairs for customers, reading diagnostic trouble codes and diagnosing faults, identifying repair needs, communicating with customers about the progress of the work, and performing other daily car-repair shop tasks. We value prior experience in a car repair shop, technical understanding of cars, experience reading diagnostic codes and diagnosing faults, experience ordering parts, an independent and responsible work attitude, good customer service mindset, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. A training as a car mechanic or other related training is considered advantageous.
