We are seeking an HR Specialist for a fixed-term position in the Personnel Resource Services of the Education and Training division for the period 1.9.2026-31.8.2027. As an HR specialist, you will work as a partner specialist for basic education and be responsible for certain competence development themes at the divisional level. In your work, you provide expert support to supervisors and management regarding supervisor recruitment and the beginning of the employment relationship. You support basic education supervisors in change situations and in the recruitment of personnel, and your duties also include personnel reporting and personnel planning. In this position, you will also get to build and develop the division's HRD entity. You will participate in the definition and development of the organization's HRD entity. You ensure that competence development supports the implementation of strategic goals. You develop the organization's practices by participating in the mapping and implementation of learning organization models and operating methods and develop solutions that support continuous learning in everyday life. In the position, you participate in the activities of the divisional HRD network and bring your expertise to it. The task entity is new and the emphasis of the tasks may change.
