Infrastructure Construction Site Manager

Join Enersense’s team of bold professionals! We are now looking for a Site Manager for Power Line Projects. The work can be carried out at any Enersense office. The open position is in the Power business unit, where we help our customers deliver the energy transition with services covering the entire lifecycle of the energy sector. These include the design, construction and maintenance of transmission networks, substations and wind farms. The business unit also provides electricity storage solutions. Responsibilities: - Lead power line construction sites. - Direct and supervise the company’s own installation resources. - Direct and supervise subcontractors. - Track material deliveries. - Manage the worksite overall. - Oversee worksite safety. - Participate in tender calculations. Requirements: - Relevant vocational or higher education is considered an advantage. - Work experience in power line construction. - Work experience in power line installation and construction in general. - Good IT skills and readiness for office work. - Ability and willingness to lead large and varied projects. - Good written and spoken Finnish and English. Desirable certificates: - Occupational Safety Card. - SÄTKY electrical safety card. - Road Safety Card. - Railway work safety card. - First aid training. - Blaster professional qualification.
