Site Manager, commercial and specialized construction

Would you like to lead some of Finland’s most demanding commercial, industrial and data centre projects? We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager for Lujatalo’s special construction unit in Southern Finland for a permanent position. You will lead significant commercial, data centre and other demanding specialist projects as part of an experienced and skilled organisation. The base is in Espoo, but projects are located widely across Finland. We therefore hope you are willing to travel according to project needs. Your role As Construction Site Manager, you will lead the site as a whole and be responsible for successful project delivery from commencement through handover. You will oversee the site’s statutory obligations, production planning and control, and ensure the project progresses safely, to a high standard, and in line with schedule and cost targets. You will lead site personnel and subcontractors and ensure smooth cooperation with clients, authorities and other key stakeholders. In addition, you will contribute to procurement and design coordination from a production perspective, develop site operations and help ensure a high standard of safety throughout every project phase. To succeed in this role, you have - Suitable construction-sector education (construction manager, construction engineer or M.Sc. (Tech.)) - Experience in responsible site manager roles in commercial construction - Fluent Finnish and English - The ability to lead large site teams and several stakeholder groups simultaneously You are a supervisor whom people want to work with to build successful projects.
