Assistant Store Manager

The role is to support the store manager in leading the team in the Synsam Ratina optical shop in Tampere. The assistant store manager assists with daily operations, coaching and motivating the team, and occasionally covers shifts during holidays. The candidate should have strong social skills, be sales-driven, and energetic. The job includes some store-level scheduling experience and a focus on achieving sales targets, with the ability to read and react to numbers. Fluency in Finnish and English is required; additional languages are a plus. The position is full-time (37.5 hours per week), based on store hours, with an indefinite contract.
