Construction General Laborer

We are looking for a skilled and self-starting general laborer for our client company to handle varied construction-site duties in Tampere! Your duties include varied construction and maintenance work on the site, such as building temporary access routes and work platforms, arranging site protection and safety measures, preparing small formwork and concrete-pouring jobs, demolition and repair work, and various assisting tasks for carpenters. You will also carry out other construction work according to your skills and the site's needs. We are looking for a true all-rounder for the construction site. We expect you to be good with tools, self-starting, and able to handle various site tasks independently. You do not need to be a qualified carpenter, but you should be able to build access routes and complete smaller construction jobs independently. A valid Occupational Safety Card is required for employment. Work starts as soon as a suitable person is found. Working hours are generally Monday to Friday, 7:00–15:30. Pay is determined according to the construction industry collective agreement and your experience, €15.56–18.65/hour, plus supplements under the agreement. Interested? Submit your application as soon as possible and tell us about your previous construction-industry experience and which construction tasks you can handle independently! We will start interviews during the application period and fill the position as soon as we find a suitable person. For more information: HR Coordinator Emma, tel. 040 6766 383.
