Responsibilities
- Diagnose and solve complex field technical issues
- Support dealers and customers with technical expertise
- Collaborate with product development and design teams to resolve field cases
- Incorporate customer feedback into product development and other processes
- Develop and implement technical trainings and create new solutions.
Requirements
- Mechanical engineering degree or forestry engineering degree
- Experience with forestry machines and technology
- Ability to read technical drawings and diagrams
- Strong technical skills and self-learning capability
- Fluent in Finnish and English; other languages a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT systems
- Willingness to travel up to 50 days/year
