Construction Site Supervisor

Lead a construction site team on a timber-frame housing project in Tampere. You will be responsible for overall site success from start to finish, ensuring smooth progression, safety, and adherence to quality standards. Your key responsibilities include site management, regulatory liaison, directing subcontractors, and monitoring safety, quality, schedule and budget. Requirements include a building foreman or civil engineer degree with a demanding role-level qualification. Prior experience as a working supervisor on timber-frame projects, a firm but collaborative leadership style, and a proactive, responsible work ethic.
