Pneumatics Industry Director

We are looking for a new Pneumatics Industry Director for AVS-Yhtiöt Oy in a permanent position at our Espoon headquarters. As Industry Director you will be responsible for AVS’s pneumatics’ largest customers and key principals. You will also be responsible for the pneumatics product group, which includes all components needed in pneumatics, such as pneumatic cylinders, valves, maintenance equipment, fittings and tubes. In addition the product range covers proportional and servo technology products as well as electromechanical movement. As Industry Director you act as a supervisor to about eight regional sales managers and are responsible for distributing tasks within the team and for goal-driven development of operations. You will also belong to AVS’s management team. To succeed in the role we require: technical or commercial education (e.g. master’s degree) experience in technical sales and knowledge of pneumatics and its customer base ability to lead, inspire and motivate your team innovativeness, sales mindset and a methodical way of working willingness to travel to customers and suppliers also abroad AVS offers you a responsible and diverse role in a stable company with committed personnel.
