About the role

👋 Who are we? Nordhealth (OB:NORDH) is the leading provider of cloud-based Practice Information Management Software (PIMS) to veterinary and therapy professionals. Over the last three years, we have grown our Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and team size by almost 10x. Today, more than 30,000 therapy and veterinary professionals use our software everyday to help treat over 20 million patients annually across 35+ countries. It’s been an exciting growth journey so far and we are just getting started. Our mission is to enable healthcare professionals to deliver better patient care through software, with a goal to help serve over 200 million patients by 2030. In support of this growth mission, in May 2021, Nordhealth raised €120M through a public-listing on Euronext Growth Oslo stock exchange. Nordhealth is a remote-first company, headquartered in Helsinki, Finland. Our 430+ employees work either remotely or from offices/collaboration hubs. While our market presence is currently strongest in the Nordics, our customer base is rapidly growing in North America and Europe, with clients in the US, UK, Spain and, as soon as we fill this role, Australia! For more information, visit our company’s website at www.nordhealth.com About the role Our veterinary practice management software is launching in Australia for an enterprise client, and we need a Program Manager. The Program Manager for Enterprise Onboarding is accountable for end-to-end program management of Nordhealth’s largest and most complex Onboarding projects. Working with Enterprise-grade veterinary clients, this role ensures that deployments are delivered in scope, on time, and within budget while upholding Nordhealth’s standard of productised, scalable delivery. This is a commercially aware, client-facing role that requires the confidence to hold stakeholders to agreed scope, maintain delivery pace without compromising quality, and produce Onboarding outcomes that set the standard for how Nordhealth scales! 🚀 Your key responsibilities & accountabilities - Own the full program lifecycle for Enterprise Onboarding projects from Discovery through to a completed roll-out. - Maintain a clear program plan with milestones, dependencies, resource allocation, and risk tracking updated and communicated consistently. - Enforce scope boundaries; proactively identify and escalate scope creep, managing change requests through a formal process. - Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams (Configuration, Training, Integrations, Development, Support) to ensure aligned and timely execution. - Act as the primary escalation point for client stakeholders, managing expectations with clarity and professionalism. - Drive adoption of Nordhealth’s productised Onboarding methodology and contribute to its ongoing refinement. - Report project health (RAG status, risks, blockers) to internal leadership on a regular cadence. - Ensure delivery pace is maintained without sacrificing quality or the long-term scalability of client configuration. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of templates, playbooks, and delivery frameworks that reduce time-to-value across the portfolio. Stakeholder Management - Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders while maintaining Nordhealth’s delivery position. - Lead steering committee meetings, driving agenda and decisions rather than simply reporting. - Navigate challenging conversations including timeline slippage, resource constraints, or unmet client expectations with composure and a solutions focus. - Keep internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, Support) informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle. How Performance Will Be Measured - Projects delivered on time, within scope, and to budget. - Client satisfaction scores at go-live and post-go-live. - Scope change request volume and resolution rate. - Time-to-value for Enterprise clients (from contract to go-live). - Adherence to Nordhealth’s productized delivery methodology. What will help you to be successful in this role? Ideally, you have already gained some experience from working in a fast growing, global SaaS company. In addition, our humble wishlist includes: - Proven project management capability, with a track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder Nordhealth Onboardings. - Experience managing Enterprise clients. - Ability to manage scope, budget, and timeline simultaneously across multiple concurrent projects. - Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of the impact of delivery decisions on margin and client outcomes. - Confidence managing difficult conversations and holding clients and internal teams accountable. - Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present clearly to both technical and executive audiences. - Structured, organised, and process-driven; comfortable operating in complex, fast-moving environments. - Proficiency with project management tooling. - Willingness to occasionally spend time with the clients on-site. The majority of their locations are in the Greater Melbourne area. - Flexibility to occasionally - but more frequently during your own onboarding period - coordinate with our U.K-based internal stakeholders. What’s in it for you? At Nordhealth, we do things a little bit differently. We value continuous improvement, diverse teams and autonomy which drive our collaboration. Our global healthcare domain is rapidly developing and we are seeking colleagues who enjoy working in this type of environment. 🌎 In addition, we offer: - The chance to work in a meaningful industry and in a fast-growing, global company on a path to changing digital healthcare - Competitive compensation and benefits - Learning and professional growth opportunities - The tools you need, and enjoy using - Frequent company events and talented colleagues from around the world
