Construction General Worker, FALL 2026 - WorkPower Rakennus Otava Oy

We are looking for a versatile construction general worker for our client company to perform various tasks in the Tampere area. The position is suitable for someone with experience in the construction industry and readiness to handle different phases of construction work. The job involves a variety of construction tasks depending on the project needs. Tasks may include assisting carpenters, partition wall work, drywall installation, making openings, formwork and reinforcement work, tiling, chipping, material transportation, maintaining site cleanliness, and other construction-related duties. Tasks vary according to project progress, so we value versatile skills and a flexible work approach. Work begins by agreement, no later than August–September. Working hours are generally Mon–Fri from 7:00 to 15:30. Salary is based on your skills and experience according to the construction industry collective agreement (14.20–19.93 €/h + additional pay as per agreement). Requirements: Valid safety training card. Age of majority. Previous experience in construction tasks. Energetic, proactive, and responsible work attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reading construction drawings, fire safety card, and having a personal vehicle are considered advantages.
