Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a person who enjoys talking on the phone. €15 per hour plus bonuses, fully remote. Moviqa is a biomechanics-based digital coaching service. We help people move better and with less pain – we do not sell diets or quick fixes, but coaching that starts from how the body actually moves. We are looking for someone who calls and books people for a free movement assessment. In practice you will call people in the Helsinki area and tell them about a free movement assessment that shows how the body moves and where neck and knee pain come from. Calls are short and friendly. You explain briefly what it’s about, chat a bit, and book an appointment in the calendar for those who are interested. You record the result. That’s it. You are not selling on the call. You do not collect card details. You do not pressure anyone – if someone isn’t interested, that’s fine and you move on. The rest is handled by a coach. When this goes well, the role expands to handling incoming calls and customer service. We start with the appointment booking. Call times are flexible and scheduled with your own timetable. You call from the company number. Your personal number can’t be seen by the customer, and you don’t need to share your surname. Everything happens automatically. You never visit anyone’s home. The job is fully remote, from your own computer, in your own quiet space. This role suits you if you enjoy talking to people and want a job where you arrange your days yourself. Some of us do this in the evenings while studying, some during children’s naps, some in the mornings before other commitments. No prior experience is required. We have taught this to people who had never spoken on the phone professionally – the most important thing is a warm and clear way of speaking. You learn what to say: you bring the voice.
