Order Processing Analyst

Order Processing Analyst role at AlphaSense in India. The Order Processing Team handles sales contract management and provisioning to meet financial and legal requirements and deadlines. You will work with Sales Operations, Content Authorization, Legal, Finance and other internal teams to execute the order lifecycle process (order processing, sales contract management and provisioning). You will also use problem-solving and project management skills to promote operational excellence, customer service and teamwork. What You’ll Do: Process new and renewal orders. Validate information, flag discrepancies, activate client access, and confirm opportunities for processing. Initiate and support various departmental projects. Track communication in CRM for transparency. Focus on customer satisfaction by delivering timely, accurate services. Propose process and system improvements.
