Fiber Optic Sales Representative - TalentFlow Oy

We are looking for results-oriented and motivated fiber optic salespeople for a mobile field sales team. In this role, you will sell important infrastructure across Finland and directly influence your earnings. This is genuine field sales work, working as a goal-oriented mobile team. The job involves selling fiber optic connections to households door-to-door. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 19:00. The work is carried out weekly at different locations across Finland. Compensation is a pure commission model, 100–130 € per sale, with a baseline earning of 2500–4000 €/month. Accommodation is arranged and paid for by the employer during trips. We expect high motivation, goal orientation, and the ability to tolerate uncertainty and commit fully to the work. A driving license and own car are essential, except for applicants from Savo or the Helsinki metropolitan area, where a car is not required at this stage. You will be part of a young and dynamic organization that makes decisions based on data and strong leadership without bureaucratic hurdles. The team travels, eats, and achieves results together.
