We are seeking a demolition worker for a construction-based client in the Tampere area. The job involves various demolition tasks ranging from manual demolition to machine-assisted demolition. Demolition targets include partition walls, floors, kitchens, bathrooms and other building components. Sites vary from precise demolition tasks to larger, comprehensive demolitions, and work takes place on damage remediation sites as well as demolition sites. Having access to a car is advantageous as sites are spread across Tampere. Duties include: removing structures and surfaces with hand tools and machines; sorting and transporting demolition debris; site protection and cleaning tasks; assisting with construction-related tasks as needed. To succeed: previous demolition experience; hardworking and independent work attitude; good physical condition; valid occupational safety card. The position is full-time (40 h/week) with hours Monday to Friday 7:00–15:30. Salary in the job, based on experience, approximately 13–15 EUR/hour, plus allowances such as travel reimbursement.
