For our longterm client we are looking for an SAP Configure, Price and Quote (CPQ) Consultant to support an Application Management Services (AMS) environment.Your main taks is to resolve tickets and support in daily operations. Responsibilities:* Support the SAP CPQ Application Management Services environment* Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve support tickets across L1-L3 support levels* Provide operational support and incident resolution* Support business users in day-to-day operations* Contribute to continuous improvements and optimizations within the SAP CPQ landscape* Collaborate with international teams and stakeholders* Support the continuous handover of knowledge to internal colleaguesRequirements:* Several years of hands-on experience with SAP Configure, Price and Quote (CPQ)* Proven experience within an Application Management Services (AMS) environment* Experience handling support tickets across multiple support levels (L1-L3)* Strong incident management and troubleshooting skills* Ability to work independently in an international environment* Nice-to-have: SAP Sales Cloud or SAP Commerce Cloud experienceProject Details* Start: September/October * Duration: 6+ months (option of extension)* Workload: 2-3 days per week * Location: 100% Remote* Language: EnglishInterviews can be arranged at short notice, with a quick decision-making process thereafter.
