Sales Assistant

We are looking for energetic, goal-oriented and growth-minded salespeople for a permanent position as part of our motivating work community. As a Sector Alarm salesperson you are truly making a difference – helping to secure people’s homes, providing peace of mind for their everyday life, and in the best case saving lives. The demand for home security services continues to grow. We offer consumers and small businesses Finland’s most highly rated service-based alarm system. Our Trustpilot rating from customers is an impressive 4.8/5, proof of satisfied customers. Job day at a glance: Work time is primarily weekdays 13:00–21:00. You may work full-time or part-time, meaning three consecutive full days. The day starts with your team at our sales office, where you train in the various stages of sales under a supervisor and set daily goals. You head to different residential areas with your supervisor’s guidance, independently contacting residents and arranging visits to their homes at suitable times. You meet dozens of new people every day; the work is active and mobile, typically over 10,000 steps daily. In client homes you sit with customers to discuss how our service can secure their life. You handle sales; installation is done by a separate team. In the evening you reconvene with the team to review the day. Our sales training includes a comprehensive onboarding and ongoing coaching, and you progress through Sector Way Academy’s five-step sales program toward becoming a top sales performer. We offer support, a strong team spirit and opportunities for advancement, both in Finland and internationally. Your compensation includes a commission-based pay plus monthly bonuses; top sellers earn over 6,000 € per month; the average seller earns around 2,200 €. You must be at least 18, have excellent Finnish language skills and a clean criminal record. Working hours are weekdays 13–21, with either full-time or part-time three consecutive days.
